However, we are under no obligation to send you any notifications.

We endeavor to configure our software and servers so that they are reasonably secure from intrusion. However, we cannot promise that they are 100% secure. We will inform you of any security problems with your account if you have given us an e-mail address.

Sensitive information (e.g. password and credit card numbers) is encrypted so it cannot be understood by others as it travels between your browser and our server.

e-Mail reminders are only available to users who create an account on this website. (click here to create an account) The frequency of the reminders is determined by the frequency of periodic safety tasks specified in the program. It is not currently possible to activate reminders only for specific program elements and not others. e-Mail reminders do not start until a month after you have completed your Injury and Illness Prevention Program. If you are not getting reminders as expected, click here to log in to your account and then select [Company Information] to verify the e-mail address is correct.

These elements are not relevant (because of other choices you have made on the form), or these program elements are mandatory for your company in your state.

California, Hawaii, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, and Washington have specific requirements for a written program. Alaska formally encourages employers to have a written Accident Prevention Program.

Even in states without a requirement, a written Injury and Illness Prevention Program will help you comply with other requirements (e.g. employee safety training) that do apply. An effective Injury and Illness Prevention Program will reduce injury and illness in the workplace saving you money and improving productivity. In all states, additional hazard specific written program requirements which are included in the programs created by this website (when applicable) apply.

This website cannot create a Injury and Illness Prevention Program explicitly for multi-state operations. If you give the website the address of the location in the state with the strictest program requirements then it should comply with the requirements in all of the states that you do business in (but we can't promise this because of the complexity of some state requirements). Another option is to use this website to create a program for each state in which you do business.

This website does not currently support more then one company per account. You will need to create a new account (with a unique user name) for each company.
